A Vision Realized

Cambridge Crossing is a fully reimagined and redeveloped 43-acre neighborhood in East Cambridge, featuring 4.5 million square feet of mixed-use space, served by a newly completed extension of the MBTA Green Line.

CX was purpose-built to support the lifestyle and pursuits of thinkers, makers, doers, and builders working in the #1 life sciences cluster of the U.S. —a dynamic community of visionaries and pioneers destined to become tomorrow's luminaries and leaders.

From centralizing retail, to adding and diversifying open space, to collaborating with city officials to locate the new Green Line stop at the CX site, we closely worked with all stakeholders to manifest a vision for a uniquely vibrant neighborhood engrained within the fabric of the existing community.

Today, we are proud to say we've accomplished that vision.

Our Sustainability Commitment

Connectivity is business-critical. By achieving WiredScore Certification Cambridge Crossing ensures that we have the digital infrastructure in place for our tenants to truly thrive. WiredScore enables buildings to meet high standards of sustainability, all while delivering an exceptional user experience, driving cost efficiency, and supporting future-proofing.   Cambridge Crossing buildings are designed and constructed with LEED Gold v4 certifications to minimize the impact they have on the environment while delivering greater benefits to those who work in them.
